Wend ne Sànge! (that means God bless you in Mooré)

Well, after sitting here in the internet cafe for 45 minutes waiting, it looks like I might actually get a quick post off. Praise the Lord! I just want to say thanks to everyone for all your amazing prayers and encouragement, they've meant so much to me & the prayers are definitely working! Tonight, I was asked to share at a church here in Ouagadougou, and I got to tell about 200 people the amazing story of Christina Ahmann and her perfect peace & joy which can come only from knowing Jesus Christ. Please pray that many were saved tonight as a result of hearing the Gospel! And please pray for boldness as Pastor Solomon takes Jason & I out into the bush tomorrow and Sunday to evangalize and share the Good News! I'm praying for you all back home, hope all is well & hopefully I'll get to post again soon... oh yeah, and Jason got to touch an alligator today... I just took the picture :)... He's still got all his limbs :)
Love,
Ryan

OK this is going to be a little weird. Hi, my name is Sara :O) I snagged your blog site from Christina's because I saw "In Burkina Faso" and got super excited. I was in Burkina for 2 weeks two years ago with my church from Las Vegas and I just wanted to let you know that I am praying for you and the amazing people you are with! The Burkinabe left such an impression on my heart-they are so loving, so giving and so beautiful! Those that know Christ beam Him from ear to ear, but those that do not have this heartbreaking emptiness in their eyes. They are so desperate for Jesus! I know that LORD will use you greatly! Are you working with a particular group? My selfish desire is to tell them hello :O) If Steve and Amy Nehlsen, or Pete and Alice Brokopp ring a bell please let them know! Thanks so much! Enjoy the beautiful desert.
Your sis in Christ,
Sara Breithaupt <><

Hello Big Brother!!! Oh how I have missed you so. Sounds like you're having the time of your life over there! Why didn't you touch the gator? You know I actually ate alligator once, doesn't really taste like chicken - whoever said that lied =)I miss you tons and think about you and pray for you DAILY. I am so proud of you Ryan, you are doing awesome things (but you already know that =).. Take care of yourself, and Jason.. and remember that any salt water crocks and gators are the fastest so stay away (I learned that from Bear Grylls.) LOVE YOOOOU!!!

Hi Ry Guy!
We LOVE reading your messages and seeing how God is using you over there! What a great picture you posted on Christina's website - that's a picture of a lifetime! What you are doing is so incredibly important and will have such an impact in countless lives. I'm so very proud of you and will be praying constantly for your effectiveness there and safe return. Be ever so careful, okay? (Yes, that means don't jump off any bridges, even if you see someone else jump off a bridge!)
I love you!

Hello friend....It is great to hear of God's wonderful works He has given you the opportunity to be a part of. I hope you are completely soaking in this awesome experience and that when you return home, you can pour out the blessings you've received on everyone around you. Acts 28:8

Friday morning just wasn't the same without you buddy, but its a small sacrifice to make when I think of all the great things you are a part of right now. Just know that you are missed back home. You and Jason are in my thoughts and prayers.

To Crocodile Dundee's photographer: Pal, I see you played it smart & didn't "smooch the croc." Thankfully, no one dared you to!! I know these experiences to witness for Jesus has changed you forever (2 Corinthians 5:7), & The Holy Spirit has guided you in ways that undoubtedly just make your "jaw drop!" I pray Our Lord continues to effectively stimulate these men, women, & children through your voice so the "seeds you've planted" will ripen for a bountiful & heavenly harvest. You truly are an inspiration to your entire family & friends.

Lot of Love,
Uncle Tonoose

Pal: Forgot to mention the Red Sox beat the Indians for the A.L. championship & are headed to the World Series against the Rockies, which starts on Wednesday, Oct 24th. I know since the Yankees aren't involved it doesn't really matter who wins...does it?
